PROJECT WORKSHOPS Ws#1: Telecom/Grid Operator/Utility Business Convergence This is the first of four strategically timed, thematic workshops that facilitate smart grid stakeholder interaction, provide inputs to the project, and widen project outreach & impact. Our objectives today are to collect business-focused feedback on the orientations of the project aimed at assessing the current business strategies adopted by Telecom and Energy industrial stakeholders and to propose new models for a fruitful and mutually beneficial collaboration. Two Workshop Themes: ☐ ☐ ☐ “Business Convergence - Telecoms, Grid Operators and Utilities” Ws #1: 17 th Oct 2014 Venice, Italy (TI) Ws #3: Aug 2016 Brussels, Belgium (GDF Suez) Ws #2: Ws #4: “Smart Grid Technologies & Use Cases” Aug 2015 Cardiff, UK (UPL) Jul 2017 Brussels, Belgium (Laborelec) WEB www. mas 2 tering. eu EMAIL info@mas 2 tering. eu ▶☐ MAS 2 TERING | Sylvain Robert
VALUE-DRIVEN ADVISORY GROUP We are pleased to welcome everyone here today, especially our first 3 “Value. Driven Advisory Group” special interest committee members in attendance today: “a selection of high-level industrial stakeholders within the project activities in order to achieve a sustained interactivity with the key project dissemination targets while involving them in the project on-going developments. ” PANEL SESSION 16: 30 (Chaired by Guy Bartlett, UPL) An in-depth discussion with leading industrial utility companies and our project advisory board: Edi Fabbro Former Innovative Projects Manager, Electrolux Luca Di Stefano Business Developer, ENEL Distribuzione Jason Simpson Global Energy Association MAS 2 TERING | Sylvain Robert
DISSEMINATION CONTACT POINTS Please follow our progress, receive our mailing list, and review our Flip. Board magazine: (we want to hear from you!) WEB www. mas 2 tering. eu EMAIL info@mas 2 tering. eu TWITTER @mas 2 tering And please take our first online Smart Grid Convergence Questionnaire: • We will obtain, analyse and aggregate valuable demographic data to understand the trends and opinions surrounding smart grid business models & technologies. • This aggregated data will be disseminated and utilised in the creation of a comprehensive business model proposal as a key project deliverable.
