What is Project 360°?

What is Project 360 ° ? Partnership project between: • Age Cymru • Woody’s Lodge • Age Alliance Wales • Wales wide until March 2020 • Supporting older military veterans, aged 65 or over • Funded by Aged Veterans Fund

What is our aim?

Project aim The overall aim of Project 360° is to improve all round support for older military veterans across Wales, whilst ensuring that they are kept at the heart of the process.

How will we do this?

Project activity • Internal mapping of Age Alliance Wales services • Engagement with older veterans across Wales • Allocation of internal grant funding • Support development of Woody’s Lodge • Work with armed forces charities, Armed Forces Champions and other organisations

What are we hoping to achieve?

Outcomes for Project 360 ° ? • Increase access to Age Alliance Wales services • Improved flow of information, and partnership working • Sustainability for Woody’s Lodge • Improvement of targeting and planning • Add to existing research in Wales • Improve quality of life for older military veterans

Veteran engagement Keeping veteran’s, and those that support them, at the heart of the service development. Key tool is a questionnaire to cover all the areas we need to discuss with veterans.
