THE LFP AGRI COLLEGE LFP Agri College aims to revolutionise the teaching and training of the Agriculture by providing access to information in a blended learning environment, which combines traditional classroom methods and experiential learning through practical sessions. Our courses are designed with different learning needs in mind aim to equip students with much needed knowledge and competencies that can be used to bridge the existing skills gaps in the industry. Our one-year skills programmes give students the opportunity to develop in-depth skills and experience that are widely recognized across the agricultural sector. Our coursework is being developed to the highest standards in collaboration with relevant subject matter experts. Every feature is crafted to save course facilitators, course consultants and students time and effort and to make teaching and learning easier. LFP will facilitate the harvesting and collection of produce 1. Identification and Training of beneficiaries (women and youth) 6. LFP will manage the delivery of produce to offtakers 2. 1 Other Learners will be set up on Smart Farms where LFP Agri will manufacture and install the smart farming systems 3. OVERVIEW ENTERPRISE & SUPPLIER DEVELOPMENT LFP Agri is designed to maximize your company’s B-BBEE score whilst creating sustainable farming careers and state-of-the-art Hydroponic, Aeroponic, Aquaculture & Conventional farms. Our solution addresses unemployment, water scarcity and food security issues. How you can benefit from LFP Agri`s Farming Solutions • As per the B-BBEE Code Series 400 – Enterprise and Supplier Development (ESD) element, large organisations are incentivised in the form of B-BBEE points for their contribution to the development of small entities. • LFP Agri`s Farming Solutions utilise the contributions received from clients to manufacture and setup Farming entities. • Through this innovative and sustainable solution, your contributions are not only used to manufacture and set up farms but also to recruit, mentor and provide employment opportunities for previously disadvantaged individuals. • Once set up, these farms will become a stable income stream for these individuals who will eventually graduate from an Enterprise to a Supplier. • Infrastructure will be created through Enterprise Development (ED) funding to ensure fully operational farms. • LFP Agri will manage each farm and will mentor the workforce to become fully-fledged owners of their own farms. • LFP’s mentorship team consisting of Legal, Finance and Business Incubators will assist in contracting and providing general support to ensure that these Enterprises graduate into Suppliers.

OVERVIEW ENTERPRISE & SUPPLIER DEVELOPMENT The Contributor Entity (Donor/Funder) There are 5 points available for ED for the measured entity and this can be obtained by contributing to specific programs as a percentage of their target (1% of NPAT for ED). The contribution will be utilized in training and development of farmers. Note, there is also 1 bonus point available for the graduation of one or more Enterprise Beneficiaries to Supplier Development Level, as well as creating one or more jobs directly as a result of Enterprise Development contributions. For a contribution to qualify for ED points on the scorecard it needs to be: • Made to a Qualifying Enterprise within the company’s measured financial period. • Qualified as an Enterprise and Supplier Development contribution by the Benefit Matrix.
