Main customers Segments: We identified that our main segment is young people that are living alone (18 -35 years old) Mothers can be our customers but they are not our main segments since they are generally less interested in technology and have a lot of experience in this field Some younger people have paid for apps that help them cook
What are the customers top problems and desires Problems They don’t know what to buy They forget to buy all the groceries they need They don’t know how to cook healthy food Desires Reduce the time spent to choose what to buy Improve their cooking skills Cook healthier food
Are the customers happy with the solutions that they have tried? Solutions Cooking apps Websites Television programs à Are they happy using this solutions? Most of them are not happy with the existing solutions, because they don’t completely solve the problem, and sometimes you have to use more than one app to solve your problem because each app is too specific.
