A company that learns effectively and collectively and continually transforms itself for better management and use of knowledge; empowers people within and outside of the organization to learn as they work; utilizes technology to maximize learning and production(Marquardt 2011).

Five principles of learning organization Personal mastery is a continual clarification and deepening of personal awareness, understanding, and ability. It starts with identifying values and priorities and living our lives in service to our highest aspirations. It challenges all of us to start walking our talk.
