Analytical Questions • Based upon the Interviewees’ answers, what is the most common type of unemployment? • Frictional unemployment because most of the feedback was negative about the employer in the work setting. • We found that the interviewees that left their jobs had a frictional relationship with their boss

Question 2 • How could you classify their job search process? Has it been relatively easy or difficult for them to find a job? • After conducting the interviews it is safe to say the job searching process is never easy • The underemployed workers all said that they wanted to use their degree to find a better job • All employees are going to use networking in order to find their new designed job

Question 3 • What was the main reason behind losing/quitting their jobs? • Main reason we found out of our interviews of people leaving their jobs was due to the frictional relationship with their boss • Workers don’t want to work in a frictional environment because it is uncomfortable • The underemployed left because they feel as though they possess skills, knowledge, and college degrees that are enough to seek better pay and a more enjoyable job for them
