Challenges Faced � Communicating the same message sent across by the client to all the different departments and people in the agency without any discrepancies in the message � Dealing with different kinds of people from different departments and getting the work done by me � Sitting and getting every small changes implemented in the creative work as suggested by the client, every now and then � Keeping the client as well as the creative team happy and satisfied at the same time � Meeting deadlines � Working on multiple brands and multiple tasks � Coping up with the volume of work given each day, inconsistent office timings and yet producing quality work
