Endowment Fund • The Internet Society is developing plans for an endowment to provide diversified funding for the IETF - the intended and primary recipient (others per donor interest). • Will allow dedicated contributions of cash, stocks, bequests, other securities, etc. • Is under discussion with the IAOC and the ISOC Board • Comments/questions welcome: ISOC CEO or IAOC • Launch planned 2 nd half 2012 – TBC as appropriate The Internet Society
