Guide for students • Be prepared be proactive • Find out about the disability supports in the host college • Advocate for your needs, know what works for you, • Make a plan, financial and supports for living and learning • Go on a samle visit • Find out about health insurance, medication etc • Find out the contact names, counsellors, access officers, buddies etc • Go to MAPPED APP • Find out about local supports
