Important Services and comercial activity. Strenghts: Potential for social and productive development in the northern center of the province of Santa Fe, Argentina. Imminent possibility of adding value due to local conditions in full growth. Main targets: Progress with the implementation of the sustainable development plan. Consolidation of a comprehensive waste management system. Point of attractions: ambient quality, Population density, regional location, socio-cultural activities, human relationships. OUR PLAN/GOAL/VISION 1 3 PUBLIC AWARENESS PROGRAMM & IMPLEMENTATION INFRASTRUCTURE NEEDS ASSESSMENT (SAN JUSTO) 2 4 FINANCIAL VIABILITY PLAN FOR MANAGING RECYCLED MATERIALS ESTABLISHMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL EDUCATION CENTER (PAVLOS MELAS) GOAL By 2022 80% of the local population is engaged in recycling whereas 100% of the recycled products are directed to profitable disposition in Pavlos Melas and San Justo. By 2020, San Justo municipality has a viable, ready to implement, infrastructure plan for the sanitary waste disposal
