The practices and challenges of developing critically reflective practitioners in project management. • Framework of ideas Reflective praxis - an eclectic development approach incorporating ideas from reflective practice (Schön), systems thinking (Checkland & Senge), organisational analysis (Morgan), mindfulness (Weick) and deliberate thinking (de Bono).
