This app schedules a ticket, then guides you to reach the customer, stores the relevant information for that job, and can even create a report. Scheduling Location Annotation Reporting This app will only be support on the Android platform Smartphone (2. 3 or higher).

General Flow When Service ticket call is received: Enter customer information and complaint Scheduling setup Alarm will be set up in the calendar of the app When the Service schedule time is reached: Alarm comes on and it has the option to snooze, reset or reschedule the job. The option to use GPS to guide to customer location. If the GPS option is not utilized mileage will still be calculated
