The Bayh-Dole Act requires government contractors/grantees to disclose all inventions arising from research funded, in whole or in part, by the government. It’s University of Arkansas System policy! Policy 210. 1 states that the ownership of all intellectual property created by an employee of the University shall reside in the University.
