Failure in Bangladesh Efforts to bring clean water to Bangladesh by installing tube wells appeared to be a huge success, but over time they led to epic failures: widespread arsenic poisoning and a projected increase in diarrheal diseases as villagers resume using groundwater.

Systems Theory • Systems looks closely at the interactions between family members, romantic partners, workers at a company, groups of friends, team members, and/or people that live together.
Systems Theory • Relationships are huge factors in psychological health. Problems often arise because of the way members of a system interact (or fail to interact) with each other. While attention is paid to the problem that brought someone intro treatment, one must look at the system(s) they are involved in. Specific attention is paid to communication, assertiveness, conflict and time spent together.
