Schedule Adjustments-Pre BO We have not talked about the potential schedule the Integration and Testing facility since the collaboration meeting but we have made some basic time scales of how long it takes to be ready. • ITF BO-July 2020: Installation of infrastructure & equipment – 9 mon. • ITF Startup-April 2021: Begin start-up of ITF equipment – 6 mon. • ITF Operations-October 2021: Begin Operations 15 mon. before Cavern BO • CUC startup-December 2021: Begin shipping underground 2 May 14, 2018
Status of ITF Building Requirements Has there been any progress on building layout and ITF requirements. An installation schedule to facility infrastructure and equipment, is 9 months enough? We should discuss this at a working group meeting again since we stated that we needed to complete these requirements by ~Oct 2018. • Building layout • APA integration clean room size • Cold Box design and requirements, installation time needed • Storage area • Equipment requirements • Other work areas Need to compete a detailed requirements document A draft has been started 3 May 14, 2018

Manpower estimates Status • I have almost completed the merge of my original top down estimate with Jim’s bottom’s up and I have included manpower estimates from APA, CE and PE consortium. • I have made estimates of the ramp up for the commissioning/infrastructure phase of the ITF of the consortium but nothing for the design phase. 6 May 14, 2018
