INSULATION MATTRESSES JACKETS NON-FLAMMABLE FABRICS Insulating mattresses: Since the beginning of its existence, our Company has specialized in the production of insulating mattresses. Insulating mattresses and jackets are easily removable insulation covers, tailored to fit any size. ADVANTAGES : They have the same thermal properties as conventional insulation They effectively reduce heat loss by up to 90% compared to an uninsulated part They are often less expensive than the expensive flashings Can be easily and quickly installed or removed without the need for specialized equipment or tools Facilitate access to the insulated element both during maintenance and repairs of the installation Ideally fit any, even the most irregular shape, and due to their flexibility, they perfectly adhere to the isolated surface Can be used in any location where high temperatures occur, ranging from 50°C to 1200°C They are ideal protection against scalding They are reusable and can be used for many years

FABRICS – technical data The fabrics we use are made of glass fiber. Depending on their application, they can be coated with: Silicone Teflon Polyurethane Aluminum foil Our standard mattresses are filled with: Rockwool mats with a density of 35 kg/m 3 to 100 kg/m 3 Ceramic fiber mat with a density of 96 kg/m 3 to 128 kg/m 3 We use insulation from the leading manufacturers, such as: All fabrics have the IMO certificates and have been tested by the appropriate institutes. The jackets can be finished in many ways and the following items can be used for installation: Hooks and wire (steel or stainless steel) Clasps Eyelets Velcro closures Straps and metal buckles
