Instructions for presentation 1. FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS THE ORDER GIVEN. 2. READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE BEGINNING YOUR PRESENTATION. 3. The first thing you need to do is do a ‘file, save as’ and save this Power. Point template with your student number. 4. Enter the appropriate information on each slide following the instructions on each slide, using the font there. Make sure you note the sources you use to find information so they can be included on the works cited page. 5. MAKE SURE THAT YOU HAVE ALL INFORMATION ON YOUR SLIDES BEFORE GOING TO THE NEXT STEP. 6. Select a design for your presentation. You should have the same design for all slides. 7. Find one graphic for each slide that relates to the information on the slide. Place it attractively on the slide. 8. If time allows you may add transitions to your presentation. All transitions should be on mouse click, not automatically. 9. If time allows you may change the font as long as it is easy to read from a distance. 10. After you finish your presentation delete this slide.
