INSTRUCTIONS FOR PLACING PHOTOS INTO TEMPLATES Speaker Photos 1. You may not need all five speaker photo places. Please remove the boxes that are not used before saving out. 2. Click on the gray box you wish to fill. Insert your photo by changing the Shape Fill to a Picture Fill. 3. To adjust the size of your image, go to the Picture Format tab and select the Crop tool drop-down menu tool. Select the “Fit” option. You be able to move and –resize your image to your desired position from there. Before & After Photos 1. Click on the image icon in the placeholder and select your image. 2. Use the Crop Tool to adjust the size and position. 3. After you have placed your image they way you want, right click it and select send to back. DO NOT adjust the template overlay.
