Strategic Plan – Preliminary Framework • The Strategic Plan is just as it says

Strategic Plan – Preliminary Framework • The Strategic Plan is just as it says – a plan that allows us to be strategic about the directions we would like the College to move in the next five years. • The Strategic Planning committee was formed through an election, volunteer, and appointment process that ensured a representative group. • The committee has composed a broad framework consisting of the 6 areas listed before. It is now in the process of gathering feedback from the campus community to improve definitions of the areas. Please fill out the survey. • Once that survey is closed, the committee will organize conversations with the campus community to operationalize the framework by coming up with strategies and activities that will allow us to collaboratively address the framework, and strategically allocate resources.
