Methods : • Lead DWDN TPD Appointment 2015 • Longitudinal View, Single Specialty (EM), Core -> CCT • PA equivalent / RA remuneration uplift • Regional advertisement of role to Trainers and Trainees • HR, SPC and OH specified Link Roles • Integration with TSS in HEE NE
Results : • • Increasing numbers of DWDNs Local referral increase +/- central pick-ups ARCP discussions more streamlined Consistency of process and approach Continuous overview and information sharing Improvement in conversion to Outcome 1 s Decrease in exam failure resulting in Programme exit
