INSTALLING A HARD DRIVE • Step 1 - Open up the computer case so

INSTALLING A HARD DRIVE • Step 1 - Open up the computer case so you can see all the internal parts. • Step 2 - Find where the hard drive would go rather if you have to screw it into place or if there is a tray for it. • Step 3 - Set it up in the correct area. • Step 4 - Plug in SATA and Power Cable. • Step 5 - Close computer case back up.

INSTALLING RAM • Step 1 - Open up the computer case so you can see all the internal parts. • Step 2 - Look for the DIMM slots on the mother board. • Step 3 - Check to see how many slots there are, if there are 2 then they are the same color but if there are 4 slots then you should see alternating colored slots. • Step 4 - Check how many RAM Sticks you have that you would like to install. • Step 5 - Get ready to Install your RAM Sticks.

INSTALLING RAM • Step 6 - If you have alternating colors you have to fill the same slot colors first, so in the picture in the last slide you would want to fill all of the black before you fill the orange and vice versa. • Step 7 - Pull the white tabs back on the desired color you would want to fill, line the gold fingers up with the notches and put it there for all slots. • Step 8 - Push down until the tabs click on the sides of the RAM and you are all set. • Step 9 - Close the computer case and turn on the computer, you should get a message saying on board memory changed.
