INTERIM INSPECTION REPORT • Board ask Insp Authority to conduct inspection of service provider (Reg 5) • Insp Authority may submit Interim Inspection report to Board. (may or may not ) Reg 5 • Insp Authority shall submit Interim Inspection Report to Board if required. (Board may demand) • If Board feel-gross violation then refer to DC, which passes Interim Order lapses on 90 days.

Draft Inspection Report. Reg 6 • Inspect Authority prepare Draft Inspection Report and • - submit copy to Board • -submit to service provider, asking comments • -Board decide within 15 days- whether further action or not.

Investigation Report • Same process for Interim Investigation Report. • Same process for draft investigation report • ( difference is that while preparing draft Investigation Report, copy is not given to service provider. ) • Board decide next action on basis of draft investigation Report (Reg 10)

Consideration of Report in Reg 6 and 10 • Reg 11 says- after having Report in Reg 6 or in Reg 10, board decide further action. • Board may issue Show cause notice or close file • Show cause notice 21 days • Disposal in 180 days
