Purpose v The purpose of the ILP course is to give a legal background to aspiring Liquidators and insolvency professionals. v The course recognises that the participants will have a tertiary education and some experience in the area of corporate and personal insolvency. It will build on that education with a review of the legislative and regulatory requirements of the profession. v Further it will deal with the ethical responsibilities of professionals in this area.

Completion and Articulation v Self paced with maximum of twelve months to complete course v Each module must be completed in order, prior to moving to the next v Digital Certificate of Completion upon completion of all 10 modules v Option to articulate the studies into a formally recognised University Post Graduate qualification (including the recently launched Master of Laws in Enterprise Governance), with additional fee and major assessment task.
