PROBLEM STATEMENT Lack of funds with emerging startups to have physical presence in high footfall areas. Unable to reach a large audience through online platforms. When the product is new and unique, people prefer seeing it rather than placing the order online.
OUR SOLUTION § Create a multi brand (multi startup) store in high footfall areas such as malls, cafés, society exhibitions, college fests, etc. § Provide a shelf space to startups with unique products § Giving them the physical exposure that ideally would be difficult to achieve.
THE PLAN - HOW Set up a store/kiosk with themes that will be changing periodically (fortnightly or monthly). With theme, changes the layout and the products. For example, when theme is sustainability, products such as plantable stationery, bamboo socks, etc. For that, we will be charging each startup a fixed shelf rent along with a % revenue share. Initially, the location of our setup will change with the target market. For example, if theme is Home Décor and Kitchenware, our kiosk will be set up in various society exhibitions where majority customers are ladies. The ultimate goal is to have hyperstores in the best shopping malls of major cities.
