Innovation Party Continuous improvement is a key value shared by all Kohler associates. We wondered how we can pursue the enhancements of our products and services and we understood that the answer is ‘innovation’. Innovation of processes, environment, products and relationships. This is the origin of Innovation Party, a set of seminars on technology and innovation held by professionals, professors and engineers to spur Kohler associates on to conceive and propose innovative projects at the end of the year. Innovation Party After being inspired by the speakers during the seminars all Kohler associates is demonstrated by the proposals of innovative projects. The members of the jury analyze thoroughly all the projects and select the winner. Eventually, the winner is awarded a special prize and the project feasibility is evaluated by managers. The fourth edition of Innovation Party will focus on sustainability. In particular, we will search notable example of corporate and business actions committed to reducing the impact on the environment.
