Project proponent ZAMMLER SKLAD LLC (WAREHOUSING LOGISTICS) Project goal: construction of an owned warehousing complex in Kyiv Region. Also, the goal includes covering the deficit of warehousing areas, both for fulfillment services and standard warehousing services of pallet rack storage which is expected to increase due to the predicted constant growth of Ukraine’s e-commerce market (fivefold by 2021), and actual lack of new offers, considered against the background of commissioning new Kyiv-based large shopping centers in 2013 -2017.
