Infrastructure CONSTRUCTION OF A WAREHOUSING COMPLEX Key facts Project description Construction of a Class A logistics complex with three stages 20, 000 sqm each, and the total area of 60, 000 sqm, nearby the city of Brovary. Project proponent ZAMMLER SKLAD LLC (WAREHOUSING LOGISTICS) Project goal: construction of an owned warehousing complex in Kyiv Region. Also, the goal includes covering the deficit of warehousing areas, both for fulfillment services and standard warehousing services of pallet rack storage which is expected to increase due to the predicted constant growth of Ukraine’s e-commerce market (fivefold by 2021), and actual lack of new offers, considered against the background of commissioning new Kyiv-based large shopping centers in 2013 -2017. Total complex area: Warehouse: 19, 440 sqm х 3= 58, 320 sqm Office premises: 2, 430 sqm х3 = 7, 290 sqm Mezzanine: 2, 430 sqm х3 = 7, 290 sqm Socioeconomic effect • Will provide logistics services for Kyiv Region including two large satellite towns, the average time of delivery to the center of Kyiv being around 1 hour. • Will keep up the tendency for development of territories to the east of Kyiv therefore reducing the demographic, transportation and environmental pressure on the capital city. • The peripheral location combined with welldeveloped road infrastructure will make it possible to deliver cargo by motor transport and railway transport, without using urban roads.
