Note to readers • The sample slides that follow highlight the differences between our Instructor Version Power. Point Slides and the Student Version of those slides. The slides that we give to our students provide blanks and blank spaces for the students to fill in the details from lecture and/or their readings. We are finding that this causes the students to become more engaged with the material. • Some slides will contain more detail than others. When details are given, we tried to make the level of detail given to the student sufficient to get them started but not so complete that they had a complete answer.
