Background The changing of climate and weather conditions resulting in forest fires will exacerbate

Background The changing of climate and weather conditions resulting in forest fires will exacerbate air pollution. There are numerous tragedies that are caused by fire burning recently. Wildfire is an inevitable part of the ecosystem. For example, the forest fire in The Amazon and Sumatera, leaves thick smog raging into neighbouring countries causing health problems to living creatures and permanent damage to the environment. Forest fires are geographically challenging to be accessed by fire fighters, thus leaving a long trail of destruction to the environment. While Urban area fire is easily accessible by roads, it risks the lives of the fire fighters to hazardous surroundings such as debris from burning buildings. Industry 4. 0 Hackathon

Problem statement Traditional way of putting off the fire releases harmful gas and it wastes the resources. For example, the carbon dioxide and water used to extinguish a burning fire. Putting off a fire on urban areas will cause risk of life for the fireman due to surrounding hazards. Long duration of time taken to arrive on the scene is wasted, due to traffic jams. It is hard to reach a geographically challenging location to put out the fire source. Insufficient and absences of nearby water supply during the incident. Industry 4. 0 Hackathon

Objectives To find cost effective, alternative way to put off fire with minimum resource

Objectives To find cost effective, alternative way to put off fire with minimum resource used to prevent any wastage, for example carbon dioxide or water. To create easy and safe inspections of the burning scene. Minimize time for first responders to arrive at geographically challenging locations. To create a quick and flexible drone that can provide fire rescue at any time. To create a product compatible with industry 4. 0 to perform fully automated operation without human control. Proposed Solution Using existing drone technology and combining with transducers creating soundwave energy in tackling forest fire and assisting in first responders. Transducers producing soundwave in a direction could control the fire by hitting away oxygen particles in the air away, stopping combustion. Swamps of drones with transducers could be deployed to forest tackling wildfire and prevent it from being spread to other areas. Onboard camera providing live feeds could assist first responders in locating casualties, benefiting in operational efficiency. Integrating aspects of industry 4. 0 , data analytics provides precious data in wear and tear of the drone for future predictive maintenance. Integrating Artificial Intelligence, the drone will understand more in fire behavior and improving flight maneuverability. Industry 4. 0 Hackathon

Summary Drones provide easy access to geographically challenging location in the shortest possible time.

Summary Drones provide easy access to geographically challenging location in the shortest possible time. Soundwave technology minimizes resources. Soundwave energy can be stored in battery hence, its lighter and more compact compared to traditional firefighting methods. Soundwave is a cleaner option to put off the fire compared to chemical fire extinguisher. Creating a product compatible with industry 4. 0, equipped with Internet of Things , data analytics and Artificial Intelligence. Industry 4. 0 Hackathon
