REGISTRATION • 3 rd year students should register EIT 302/4 for In. TRA sem 2 2014/15. • Pre-registration is compulsory (open 5 jan-20 jan 2015). • INTRA briefing by SCHOOL will be held on FRIST WEEK SEM 2 ACADEMIC SESSION 2014/15. Industrial Training Period: 29/6/2015 - 6/9/2015 (10 Weeks)

GUIDELINES • • Students are required to check the company background before applying INTRA at the company. Students CANNOT reject the company after accepting their offer. It is disrespectful to turn down the host company offer after sending the acceptance confirmation. Failing to follow the rule might affect your future career opportunities. Penalty shall be given in INTRA evaluation too.
INSURANCE Insurance claims shall be directed to HEPA using forms uploaded by CIGC. Person in charge on insurance from HEPA is Pn Noora (04 -9851424). Policy of insurance can be obtained from Bendahari. Insurance is covered in the school fees, however P 1, P 2 students who did not pay the fees will not be covered due to end of PTPTN. These students must inform INTRA coordinator. Further information will be given by CIGC in the nearest soon. There will be a briefing by CIGC on Mac.
INTRA EVALUATION • • Host company – 30% Visiting Lecturer – 20% Logbook & Intra Report – 50% Students are required to go for the training and submit log book and report within the first two weeks of the new semester after having INTRA. Those who do not complete the training will result in FAILURE for INTRA Fail to submit Logbook & Intra Report will caused FAILURE in INTRA (F). >>> The students have to Retake INTRA in the upcoming year. Self discipline is very important, complains from company on discipline problems might result in Failure too.
FURTHER INFORMATION Follow the instructions carefully from School’s Industrial Coordinator, Intra Program Coordinator or CIGC. Students are encouraged to get the latest information through Portal and CIGC facebook. Always Check Portal. (School&CIGC). Login to the portal. The path for accessing: Lecture notes->School of Microelectronic->Semester 2 Sidang Akademik 2014/2015 -> EIT 302 Any issues or problems during INTRA, students should report to your School’s Industrial Coordinator or Intra Program Coordinator.
