For the year 2016 At the last working visit that has undertake Mr S. Bride, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Economy at IP "TRACOM“ it was mentioned that ME is preparing a set of proposals that will facilitate the investment process in IP from Moldova. Namely: 1. Breakdown from state taxes: value added tax on produced goods and provided services in the Industrial Park- 50% of the total volume collected within the Industrial Park from its residents and from the Managing Company 2. VAT exemption on accessories and supplies (gas, water, electricity, heat) as well as repair work and maintenance services; 3. VAT exemptions of investments of Management company of IP in infrastructure and development; 4. The exemption from real estate tax and land tax for theresidents of IP, 5. Creation of a National Fund for the Development of IP (NFDIP) similar to FNDR, FEN, FEE etc. 14
