What is Common? ¥ ¥ With a view to the adopted Resolution „Equal pay for equal work“ all organisations try top negotiate maximum in collective bargaining (at all levels). All organisations strive for continual increase of minimum wage at national level. All organisations cooperate with neighbour countries. Demands improving wage and working conditions of Eastern Region workers are pushed through bearing in mind also the results of elections and of upcoming elections in certain countries (CZ 2017, HU– 2018).
