Vision: - Indigenous Peoples have higher education solidarity and strong in protecting land, tradition, identity and self-determination and living in a harmony on ancestor territory.
Mission: • CIYA is an indigenous youth membership organization to: 1. Represent indigenous youth on their issues and needs. 2. Support indigenous youth capacity development that is appropriate to the needs of indigenous communities and indigenous society in Cambodia. 3. Collaborate with other organizations so that indigenous youth provide effective support to their communities

a. Human Rights Issues: - Threaten to IPs activists community members - Women, and elders - Accused community against to the government - Intimidating of IPs community members
- The right of Association, Movements and Expressions (Land encroachment, mine extraction, natural resources, illegal logging, electric dams etc)
b. Land issues: - The serious issues had been interference by the companies; SOCFIN, HAGL, Sugar farm, Land Concessions and Electric Dam.

Further Action: • Building the capacity of the youth on Traditional Knowledge • Working with related partners to bring back the Language and IK. • Encourage the elder and the youth to work together
Recommendations • Government respect and implement an existing law and policies on IP • Start the genuine youth and community organizing to bring the collective voice of IPs. • The supporting from the outsider have to be on the community centre or interest. And FPIC have to be applied.
