STARTING WITH SELFADVOCATES & FAMILIES During Fall 2016, the Division hosted a series of Family Forums and more focused stakeholder meetings to gather feedback on ways to improve the PCP/ISP approach The Division “set the stage” by sharing information on the Life. Course Framework and by using the trajectory tool to facilitate the discussions. Held over 50 presentations that reached well-over 1, 000 individuals
