An Introduction to IHCDA • IHCDA operates under the leadership of Lt. Governor Suzanne Crouch and our Board of Directors. • Our work is done in partnership with Developers, Lenders, Investors, Not for Profit Organizations, Local Governments, and fellow State Agencies. • The activities that we help finance help families become more stable, put down roots, and climb the economic ladder. • In turn, communities grow and prosper, broaden their tax base, create new jobs, and maximize their local resources. IHCDA’s work is truly a vehicle for economic growth, and it all starts at home.
