BACKGROUND About 20, 000 children under the age of 5 are HOSPITALIZED each year in the U. S. for influenza-related complications. Approximately 30% of children age 6 to 66 months from Millvale Health Center DID NOT receive flu vaccination in the 2017 to 2018 flu season.
