BACKGROUND About 20, 000 children under the age of 5 are HOSPITALIZED each year

BACKGROUND About 20, 000 children under the age of 5 are HOSPITALIZED each year in the U. S. for influenza-related complications. Approximately 30% of children age 6 to 66 months from Millvale Health Center DID NOT receive flu vaccination in the 2017 to 2018 flu season. Improvement of flu vaccination rates will help PROTECT these high risk children from the potential life-threatening complications of influenza. All Children Thrive Cincinnati
