objective ■ Our project objective is to increase awareness of the overuse and misuse of medication and provide health professionals with the resources needed to support them in the rationalising of patient’s medications. We will increase public awareness of polypharmacy and envisage that this will lead to patients and families feeling more comfortable discussing their medical regimes with their GP/Health professional/specialist. ■ The ultimate goal of this program is to develop a sustainable culture in which education regarding polypharmacy and the rationalising of medication is normal practice.
