Certification Requires Professional Development • ASEPs and CSEPs must participate in ongoing learning activities • ESEPs must demonstrate a history of professional education and contributions • Qualifying activities for both include leadership roles in technical societies, work as lead systems engineer, attending or teaching graduate courses, and volunteer work in STEM activities Organizations Benefit from Certification 5
