INCENTIVE PROGRAM COVID-19 RAMP-UP September 2020

Incentive Program – COVID-19 RAMP-UP Incentive Program for International Operations Validity Period Start Date: April 14 th 2020 End Date: March 27 th 2021 • 100% discount on Landing Fee (Tarifa de Pouso - TPO) for all regular international frequencies • 100% discount on Parking Fees (Tarifa de Permanência em Áreas de Estadia e Manobra - TPE) for stays of less than one hundred twenty (120) hours period. Conditions: • Starting date: until October 24 th, 2020. This incentive program will be applicable to narrow-body aircrafts (single-aisle), as well as wide-body equipment (two aisles). • • All additional frequencies executed within the incentive validity period will be granted the same discount. Both discounts will be applicable only to international regular services. • • In order to be eligible for this incentive program, the airline must start, or restart, at least two (02) international frequencies per week or fifty percent (55%) services resumption: In order to be granted the Parking Fee (TPE) discount, it is mandatory that the landing as well as the subsequent take-off correspond to regular flights. • If the airline operates less frequencies than required in more than one week during the validity period, the incentive will be automatically canceled. • Flight cancellations within the border-closure period between Brazil and the origin/destination country, driven by the COVID -19 pandemic, will not be considered. • • • In case of any Covid-19 related border restrictions, inhibiting entry on Brazil or the other countries served by the international route, the minimum service frequency set hereabove shall be disregarded. Baseline: week between September 15 th-21 st, 2019.

Incentive Program – COVID-19 RAMP-UP General Provisions: • The airline must be authorized by ANAC to operate regular international passenger flights to/from Brazil in order to be eligible for the present Incentive Program and must have operated other international services prior to its adherence to the program. • The discounts provided in the Incentive Program will be only granted to public-passenger airline carriers. • In order to be eligible, the airline must not have any financial liabilities with RIOgaleão, except in case of previously arranged payments terms. • The Airline must have delivered all (100%) of the boarding passenger reports - RPE of all flights operated at the Airport between thirty (30) and seven (07) days before any incentivized operation. Such reports may be submitted in paper or in electronic format, by Metraview platform or “Type B” messages. • If an airline meets all the requirements and wishes to be entitled to the discounts under the present Incentive Program, it shall sign and send the adherence instrument to programadeincentivos@riogaleao. com Note: RIOgaleão may modify, exclude or revoke this Incentive Program at any time, by means of notification in its website thirty (30) days prior to the change, exclusion or revocation. In this hypothesis, no indemnification will be due to the Airlines, including with respect to indirect damages or loss of profit. *This presentation is illustrative only.
