Stakeholders of the HRD need �The stakeholders of the HRD need include managers, employees and top management. �First of all, the top management is responsible for overlooking all the departments of the company i. e. finance, human resource, production and marketing. �Secondly, managers are accountable for reporting to the top management. �Thirdly, employees report to their respective managers about day to day operations.
Strategic Planning Process
�Fourth, defining strategies for addressing different SWOT combinations. �Fifth, defining objectives, key strategies, short & long term goals and operational plans. �Sixth, final reviewing of strategies, goals and plans and after that making adjustment as required.
Steps involved in strategic planning process: �First, gathering inputs from all stake holders, customer analysis, competitor analysis, industry analysis, company performance and company strategies. �Second, Swot analysis for identifying strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats, strategic questions and strategic issues. �Third, reviewing inputs of all stakeholders, SWOT analysis and defining key statements.
Importance of Scheduling include: �For organizing and completing the projects well within set time, quality as well as financially responsible way, one must schedule projects cautiously. �Efficient project scheduling performs an important part in making sure project accomplishment. �It helps in understanding what one could realistically attain with given time. �It helps in ensuring that there is sufficient time for important tasks.
