In MCJROTC you must EARN every promotion! COVID SITUATION PROMOTION (ONLY last through 1 st semester) Requirements: 1. “C+” in ALL your classes & not on Dean’s List -Verified by RHS The following conducted Via Zoom in front of MGy. Sgt or during a practice 2. 100 Squats in 2 minutes -Can stop as many times as you want but cannot move feet (2 – 5 must be done in same session) 3. 50 Sit Ups in 2 minutes -Someone sitting on your feet, all the way up and down, no lifting butt, elbows remain touching rib cage 4. 20 Push Ups in 2 minutes (4” height) -Can stop and pike as many times as you want but cannot shake out your hands and feet – must remain in place 5. Chain of Command Knowledge Questions x 3
