The Problem �Students receiving a grade of D or F in the core subjects

The Problem �Students receiving a grade of D or F in the core subjects �The counselor wanted to work with these 8 th grade students to develop better studying and planning behaviors before they entered high school

Pre and Post tests of the Rosenberg’s Self-Esteem Scale 1. �Settings Counselor met with students in the Middle School Counselor office at Purdy Middle School

Summary �NC had 4 D’s and F’s and went down to 3 �LG stayed the same with 1 F �SR went from having 1 D to 2 F’s �NC’s self esteem stayed the same �LG’s self esteem went down 1 point, but nothing to be alarmed about �SR’s self esteem went up by 6 points
