Documentary and News Photos: Ideas & Suggestions • Analyze two photos with different political biases • Analyze two photos addressing the same story from different angles of vision • Analyze two photos presenting different perspectives on recent controversial issues

Paintings & Ads: Ideas & Suggestions • Analyze two paintings with similar subject matter, but different dominant impressions or emotional impacts • Look for two ads for the same product that are aimed at different target audiences or make appeals to different value systems
