DHS/DMH Overview of Individual Care Grant (ICG) l l l ICG services date back to 1967 Funding based on clinical need (consent decree) Governed by Rule 135 – – – l 8 Ensure access for those most in need of mental health service (“Serious mental Illness”) Ensure that services meet standards of quality relative to state-of-the-art mental health services Ensures that Rule 135 services are available for eligible children and adolescents Application Process (remains the same)
