Safety Tips ► Strains-Use Hoists/Lifts, Tailgate Lifts, Equipment. If you think it is too

Safety Tips ► Strains-Use Hoists/Lifts, Tailgate Lifts, Equipment. If you think it is too heavy it probably is, so ask for help. Keep the loads and work close to the body at all times. Do not overextend or twist under load. Make sure footing is secure, load is balanced, and you have a firm grip before lifting. ► Slip, Trip & Fall Prevention-Maintain sidewalks, walkways, stairs, ladders & parking lots. Use three points of contact when using a ladder and when exiting or entering a vehicle. Slow down and change your gait (do the duck walk!) when walking on uncertain surfaces. Clean up the mess or warn others. ► Safety is caring about each other and looking out for each other. Teams that work well together are productive and safe! Bureau Veritas Presentation _ Date 7
