Rather, solicitation documents must use the findings of gender analysis to integrate gender issues into the appropriate performance requirements (e. g. , Program Description, key personnel qualifications, evaluation requirements, etc. ). Contract or Agreement Officer must ensure that, if gender is integrated into performance components, that gender is also reflected in the corresponding technical evaluation or selection criteria. – Gender should not be a separate evaluation or selection criteria.
