Engineering Notebooks l Individual Responsibility l Must be legally constructed l Pages can’t be re-sequenced l Missing pages are easily identified as such l Must be legally documented l Entries must be accurate l Entries must be chronological l Entries of importance should be witnessed l Examples to document: l Meeting times, places, attendees, topics l Relevant phone conversations l Relevant expenditures, mileage l Design principles, concepts, sketches l Engineering results, decisions, rationale l 9/15/2020 Copies are placed in Project Notebook regularly 2
