The model answer � The only thing I can think of is when I was part of a tour group so I’m going to describe that experience. It was when I was travelling in france and we visited this amazing place on the coast of Brittany – there was an ancient monastery and it was so interesting that I decided to join a tour group to learn more about it. We went up and down the little steps and went into tiny rooms that the general public weren’t allowed into. We heard explanations of the artwork and the different churches, and of course some of the famous monks or priests and how they lived. I went on this tour with strangers but that was fine. In terms of what I achieved – nothing really, except that I learnt a lot and saw how different cultures and religions lived. This group experience was memorable because the place was amazing by the sea. It was sometimes separated from the land by the sea so at the end of the tour we had to hurry, in case we got stuck.
