Test conditions Temperature : (X ± 3) °C (X= 100, 95, 90, 85, 80, 75, 70, 65, 60, 55, 50, 45, 40, 35, 30 ) Duration : 2 h, 16 h, 24 h, 48 h, 72 h, 96 h, 120 h, 192 h, 240 h, 300 h, 500 h and 1 000 h 2) Storage at high temperature Purpose : to check the performance of the OLED module after low temperature storage. Test conditions Temperature : (X ± 3) °C (X= -50, -45, -40, -35, -30, -25, -20, -15, -10, -5, 0) Duration : 2 h, 16 h, 24 h, 48 h, 72 h, 96 h, 120 h, 192 h, 240 h, 300 h, 500 h and 1 000 h

Test conditions Temperature : (X ± 3) °C (X= 60, 55, 50, 45, 40, 35, 30) Operation time : 2 h, 16 h, 24 h, 48 h, 72 h and 96 h Operating condition : the same as 4)
평판디스플레이 표준화 총괄워크숍 Test Purposes and Its Conditions 7) Damp, heat cyclic Purpose : to check the performance of the OLED module under conditions of high humidity – combined with cyclic temperature changes depending on application Test conditions IEC 60068 -2 -30 shall be applied. 8) Thermal shock Purpose : to check the ability of the OLED module to withstand either rapid change of temperature or specific change rate of temperature while the OLED module is turned off. Test conditions 3. 1. 1 or 3. 1. 2 of IEC 61747 -5 shall be applied

Test condition IEC 60068 -2 -5 shall be applied 10) Low air pressure Purpose : to check the influence of air pressure on the assumption that the OLED module is used at high altitude area. Test condition Air pressure is reduced 1 k. Pa / min or slower, starting from atmospheric pressure (86 k. Pa to 106 k. Pa ) down to Pop : (60± 5) k. Pa, (70± 5) k. Pa, (80± 5) k. Pa
평판디스플레이 표준화 총괄워크숍 Test Purposes and Its Conditions 11)ESD Purpose : to check the performance of the OLED module when it is subjected to electrostatic discharges. Test condition IEC 61000 -4 -2 shall be applied.
