Terminal Learning Objective (TLO) Actions: Identify the basic concepts of Army leadership doctrine. Conditions: In a classroom environment, given access to ADP 6 -22, experiential learning activities, readings, discussion, peer and facilitator feedback, reflection time, and practicum. Standard: • Define Army leadership in a clear and concise manner. • Identify all three leader attribute categories. • Identity all three leader competency categories. • Conduct a practical exercise; you must score 80% (at least 20 out of 25 questions correctly) to receive a “GO. ” Learning Domain: Cognitive Level of Learning: Application

Army’s Definition of Leadership is the activity of influencing people by providing purpose, direction, and motivation to accomplish the mission and improve the organization.

Develops consists of four competencies. • Prepares self • Creates a positive environment • Develop others • Stewards the profession

Achieves has one competency. Gets results is the single achieves competency and relates to actions of leading to accomplish tasks and missions on time and to standard.
