For discussion • Number of cars required – 1/team vs 2/team • Accommodation: could be two different venues in one week • Very important: travel time allowed – look up • Time allowed for orientation on arrival

For discussion • Number of clinics where status determination will be conducted per day: Ø size and Ø time to travel from one clinic to another • Request to travel on Sunday to commence on Monday morning
